The host and chef himself cooks in our restaurant: Michael Esch revives dishes from the past, classics of Franco-German cuisine with a special twist. The menu features dishes à la “back to the roots” – just like back then at your favorite grandma’s kitchen table – supplemented by snack delicacies for the Bavarian “Glangerer”. The culinary delights are complemented by the best beer from the Starnberg Bräu brewery in Bernried, in whose cooperation the Eschi’s heart project was created.
